What does your ideal school or classroom look like?
It wouldn't look like a traditional 4-wall room! My learning environment would by dyanamic, modular, experiential, and leverage a holistic approach to study using 3PBL (Project-, problem- and passion-based learning). It would throw out the artifice of age based groupings and allow learners to move more quickly where they are capable and more slowly where they need additional support knowing that our current process of passing problems along is eroding their foundational knowledge. Learning would be competency based and would not employ traditional grading systems but would reward exploration and the ability to make and defend connections between disciplines.
